OBJECTIVE Objective
We aim to secure AI-driven core original technologies for eco-friendly, free-form displays—such as highly stretchable substrates, non-toxic light-emitting devices, and eco-backplanes—and lead the global display super-gap advantage by integrating these with large-area demonstrations at government-funded research institutes.

Hello. I am Kyung Cheol Choi, the Principal Investigator.
The display industry, a core national strategic technology, is shifting its paradigm beyond simple visual media into futuristic devices with zero form-factor constraints, such as skin-attachable wearable healthcare electronics and ultra-realistic XR devices.
To overcome the limitations of conventional empirical material exploration,
our research team is proactively incorporating multiphysics-based AI inverse design models.
Through this, we aim to break through existing performance limits in eco-friendly, high-efficiency light-emitting devices and
free-form technologies, ultimately achieving a technological super-gap in displays.
By closely converging our foundational designs with large-area demonstration lines, we will lead the innovation of eco-friendly, free-form technologies.
We will do our utmost to ensure that South Korea’s display industry firmly solidifies
its absolute leadership position amidst fierce global technological competition.

Through the transfer of core source technologies and the demonstration of large-area panels, we can promote the industrial application of next-generation form factor technologies and contribute to the technological independence of related materials, parts, and equipment companies, as well as the preemption of new high-end markets (wearables, XR, etc.).
